Questek Systems Inc. has developed a standalone program for the printing and submission of T4 slips. Follow these step-by-step instructions to print your T4 slips.
From your Start menu, run the T4 Print program (Start->Programs->Questek->Humanis->T4 Print). If this is the first year you have used the T4 Print program, you will automatically be shown the Import T4 Data Wizard (shown below). If not, go to the “File” menu and select “New” to show the Import T4 Data Wizard.
